This class is taught by:

Jackie is a California to Hawaii transplant after falling in love with Kona doing Ironman 70.3 Honu in 2019. She missed the boutique indoor cycling experience she had in California and was inspired to create the same experience in Kona! SpinLuvPlay is the product of that inspiration utilizing group fitness to support, encourage, and motivate athletes of all levels.

She is on a mission to heal the world through fitness, food, and friendships! Her signature class is Spin Choreo Express and Hot Cycle 45 where she will have you rockin' that bike with tapbacks, pushups, and figure 8s, +/- heat! YES...YOU...CAN!

Infrared heated class focusing on upper body strength that will focus on push-pull exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This class is part of the weekly HOT Body series designed to give you results through progression of movements, building heavier weight with good form. Programming will alternate every 2 weeks over a 6 week strength block cycle.
